Welcome to the Boundary Museum

Fructova Heritage Site and the Boundary Museum

Located in Grand Forks, BC, the Boundary Museum is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Boundary area history. Our mission statement is to collect, audit, preserve & encourage research as well as facilitate awareness of the heritage of Grand Forks and the Boundary region for the enjoyment and benefit of local residents and visitors.

Hours of Operation

Starting in May - Monday to Saturday 10 am to 4 pm

The Archives at City Hall are open year round - Tues, Wed & Thursday 10 am - 4 pm.

NEW ARCHIVAL FACILITY

The new Community archives office will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM - 4 PM and is located in the lower level of City Hall.

If you have historic photos, slides, negatives of the Boundary area that you would like to share with the archives, or would like to scan your photos for your own collection, we now have scanning facilities available. Call Sue for more info.

Latest Restoration Now Complete

The restored Concord Stage made it's debut in the 2012 Grand Forks Fall Fair Parade. Stagecoaches of this design made regular trips between Bossburg, WA and Grand Forks, BC. Shown here driven by Ryan Elliot of Rock Creek with his beautiful team.
